Folding Multifunctional Wardrobe hides-away into a beautiful armoire and saving space
Listed price was $29.99 each...
I paid a total of $49.98 because of a $10.00 discount.. I finally received a tiny package in my mailbox with a pink toothbrush in it. The toothbrush could have been bought for $1.00 at my local ****** ****.
I emailed their customer service email ****************** several times to find out when I would get an eta on my delivery. The only thing they really respond with was they assured me that my order was shipped and that it was on the way. After waiting 3 months and being put behind schedule on getting my work room finished I received a toothbrush?!? So I contacted the customer service department again and they assured me that my 2 Folding Multifunctional Wardrobe was in fact delivered to my home address or may have been delivered to my neighbors home... Which in fact on this particular day there was no delivery truck whatsoever entered my neighborhood. My cameras in the front of my home covers my whole front yard as well as face the only way in my neighborhood. The regular USPS mail delivered the mail. After noticing the mail carrier leaving mail in my mailbox I went out to check the mailbox and I find a plastic shipping bag. I open it up to find a little toddler pink toothbrush... I contacted the company again by email and they just wanted to argue with the delivery I got then said it may have been a mix-up on the shipping labels.. The customer service representatives kept saying itwasbeingshippedfrom China and the tracking number they issued me to track it was a tracking number tracked from China, however the shipping label I got with the toothbrush was in fact the same tracking number although it was shipped from New York. Never once did the tracking information say the package was in New York... They said I could send the shipment back which I had to pay for then when they received the 2 Folding Multifunctional Wardrobe back they would issue me a refund.. I could not send them the 2 Folding Multifunctional Wardrobe back for I never received them.. I thought because it was a company that used PayPal as well as I used my PayPal account that something would be done about it. Unfortunately it wasn't. The company demanded me to take no further actions against them which I didn't I mean what else could I do..?
