I found a house on Zillow.com i wanted to rent out. I was contacted to see the home in aurora . I went to see it and was given their card by Heather and i process the application . I am signed up to get notifications when my credit is ran and was told it would take 4 days for everything to be done . It was the 3rd day so i decided to contact heather via text if they ran credit on the last day and she never responded. The next day which was a Saturday (which there offices are supposedly clothes) i received an email from a Karl frank saying that they decided to go with another applicant. My credit was still never ran for the home . So i went to there reviews and seen a few ppl went through exactly what i went through. I told heather my credit was never ran and no response. So i found owners email and emailed him. He responded to telling me he hired another broker to rent out home and i Can contact them . From their i knew it was a scam because they told me they rented it out to another applicant which isn’t true if another broker has it. So i filed fraud charges on the amount owed and I’m here with you guys reporting them .
