Had a contract for a big project in Cape Town in S.A., lost his hand carry in London airport on the way there containing cash, wallet, iPad.
Eventually ended up wanting to borrow cash for workers.
I got suspicious as it's starting to show all red flags, and too good to be true scenarios.
