I bought an item off of a website and I was contacted by the seller stating I needed to pay for insurance for this item to cross state lines at inspection points. But the package I was supposed to receive never came and when I asked for a full refund they ghosted me after I paid 200 for item plus 50 for shipping cost plus 2050 for shipping insurance allegedly I have all the text messages and emails
