I was making a purchase for a product that was $220 & I requested expedited shipping for $75 so the total amount was $295 paid with cashapp. I asked for a tracking number and it was a tracking number for expressmailingpost.com I contacted them to ask for the ETA on the package and the specific location of it because their system didn't give me that information it only says pick up and drop off times as far as where the package is it doesn't specify. So when I contacted them they told me they have my package and they will deliver it as soon as I pay a "city permit fee" of $150 which is refundable as soon as I get the package. I argued the fact that I paid for expedited shipping and I also asked questions about any hidden fees I was assured that there wasn't any and of course I contacted k2papersheets and told them I want a refund they said it's out of their hands it's on the shipping company because they sent the package off already. So after a day or two of going back and forth with both k2papersheets and expressmailingpost I took a risk and paid the $150 confirming with expressmailingpost that as soon as I pay this city permit fee that I will receive my package and not have anymore surprises. They assured me they'll get it to me as soon as possible. So I sent the payment $150 via cashapp and let them know to accept the payment and how long before my package should arrive since I paid the fee. Expressmailingpost then tells me there is a delay fee, since they've been holding the package over the estimated arrival time I now need to pay $100 for them to deliver my package. I asked them to please cancel everything and refund my money and send the package back because I no longer want to do business with either of the two companies. (K2papersheets.com and expressmailingpost.com) I was given the run around and rather than discuss the refund I requested they kept asking if i am going to pay the "delay fee" of $100. I reported this to cashapp and they said they can't do anything about helping me recover my funds. I don't know what to do. This is horrible.
