Order #1013 was purchased on 8/15/2024 for a dog bed. Account was immediately debited for $117. Inquiry made 8/30 as to when to expect order. Reply was "tracking shows delivery 8/27". What was delivered on the 27th was a flimsy pet blanket with no email, invoice or return address. On 9/6, I requested a "cancel order" and refund. On 9/8 I was informed "they" whoever "they" is, tried to deliver package and nobody was at home!!! K9Chew stated they would resend. I replied back that this delivery explanation was not acceptable; being it was a delivery of just a dog bed and property is completely accessible. I informed them that if I did not have delivery or refund by 9/16, I was reporting to the BBB. Upon opening their website to get their address for the BBB, their website was taken down. Also, a phone number was NEVER listed on any correspondence. My bank is currently working on this as a dispute situation for a refund.
