The roofing company - Climax roofing was registered in Hinton Alberta, Taza Hanson then listed as Quinsam roofing in Hinton Alberta as a business. He had changed all of the signage on the Climax trailers and trucks once he had stated that he was to declare bankruptcy. Taza is listed as the business manager. There is a court order in both Climax and Taza Hanson's name in relation to materials that were paid for to Taza Hanson, but he never delivered any of these materials. HANSON then listed his Quinsam business in Comox British Columbia, and with a records search, we are aware that he has since changed the name again to Kahio Roofing Corp. We can only assume that the pattern is continuing, and would like to advise the BC BBB to be aware and share this information.

We do have a court order, and nothing has been paid on the $36 410.70 judgement to date. We have not had any further contact form Taza Hanson on this file. I can however advise that he still has not declared bankruptcy for Climax roofing, which is limiting our possibility of getting a fair judgement through the proper legal channels. .

We have filed a complaint with the BBB in Alberta, and we would now like the BC BBB to be aware as we see that the likelihood of us coming to any other solution is not likely. Please let me know if you have any questions.
