I was in contact with Kaleana Batiste Gautier on facebook regarding purchasing a purse. She told me she was a physician and being in the medical field myself I felt comfortable with the interaction and going forward with the transaction. She was selling me the purse for $500.00. This person told me to send payment via paypal which I know is a secure site, so also felt comfortable. She initially told me to make payment to +13367815971 via apple pay, I reiterated I wanted paypal. She agreed and told me to pay to [email protected]; then told me to use [email protected] and told me to pay $300.00 there as she wanted the payments split. I did and the payment sent. The remaining $200.00 she wanted sent to [email protected], I did and the payment went through. This transpired on Sunday, April 21st. Today, April 22nd, she was supposed to ship me the bag, she requested another 50$ because her husband did not agree with the price we initially agreed upon. I was uncomfortable but then decided to go through with the purchase as Kaleana kept reassuring me I can trust her. The email she instructed me to send the additional 50$ to was [email protected]. THIS EMAIL WAS ASSOCIATED WITH A FOREIGN COUNTRY CURRENCY FEE. I asked Kaleana where the person was located and she said U.S., I knew this was untrue. After several messages back and fourth she then told me the person was in Kenya. I was upset but she then gave me another email to send the 50$ to, which was ericwieckowski@[email protected]. I sent the money. She then provided me with a different picture then the photo I was originally show, when questioned, she blocked me and I never recieved my bag and was still charged for all the above charges, along with fees, for a total charge of $571.84. I have contacted paypal as well as my bank, Bank of America and everything is still pending so nothing can be done at this time. I WANT THIS PERSON/ ASSOCIATED PEOPLE REPORTED FOR FRAUD!!!!
