I ordered the 10 pack of leak proof underwear and when I emailed the company they assured me my order was on its way. I followed the tracking and received the order today...but...It is a cheap thin black t-shirt, not what I paid $34.00USD for. Now, I contact them again but so far, no response.

On June 10, 2023 I put in an order to a company KALYTUS for 2023 New Upgrade High Waist Leek Proof Panties, 10 PCS Ramdom Color (Buy 5 Get 5 Free; $2.49 Each, Save $54) 4XL. Got charged $34.73 that included $0.75 for Shipping Insurance. I was also charged without my knowledge of $1.04 for Foreign transaction fee, which I saw on my bank account.
Shipping method Standard (7-15 days). It also stated on my order Buyer Protection - Full refund if you do not receive your order.
I have e-mail them several time about my order. which there e-mail is - [email protected], which they alway e-mail me back that my order was on the way. the last e-mail they sent me read Hi,
We are sorry for the delay, your new order is still on its way.
Currently the strict customs inspection causes delays that we can't control. We are sorry and we have asked shippers to speed up the transportation of your shipment.
In this situation, how about waiting patiently for 2 more weeks? We will offer you a 10% refund of your TOTAL payment as compensation due to the delay.
