I ordered 10 leak proof panties from this company on 6/24/23. They charged my CC on that date, then sent me an email saying my order was on the way. They gave me a bogus tracking number that the USPS did not recognize. In about 2 weeks I received a small item that I never ordered with no explanation why I received it. It ended up that the company is saying their shipper sent the wrong item and if I wanted my order I had to pay to ship the unwanted one back and then they would ship what I ordered. When I said it was their mistake and I should not have to pay anything extra, I got an email telling me I could keep that item

and they would refund me 55% of my order. I assume they will not reimburse me for the shipping I already paid. We have been trading emails for about 3 weeks and still not getting anywhere except them keeping my money.
