On April 8, 2015, I came across Kami’ Shade which sold upscale clothing to celebrities of all body sizes. I purchased five pieces of clothing that I saw via online, which totaled $250.75. I received my order number and tracking information. When I received the clothing, I was disappointed. The material and what was listed didn’t meet expectations. I reached out to a representative via email about no longer wanted the materials. I returned all the clothing sometime in mid April. I reached out multiple times from April- June 2015 to get an update about my refund. I finally received a response. On June 15, 2015 I received an email stating, “the status of order 27917 is now refunded”. On June 17, 2015 my refund did not reflect into my account. I reached out to Kami Shade’ again about the issue via email. I received a response stating to wait about 3 days and if I still didn’t receive my refund to reach out again. I reached out June 23 and June 26, 2015 to let the representative know I still hadn’t receive my refund. Since then, I have not heard back. I still try to reach out til this day, but never receive a response.
