Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
Well I ending purchasing 2 backpacks at this site for the price of one. I thought I got a deal because of Cyber Monday and my daughters really wanted them for Christmas. I got an email confirmation for my order until then everything looks legit. After 2 weeks i disn't receive anything so I started to worry. First flag I should it notice was the email address confirmation came from a gmail email and not for a real company email. I didn't realize it until the end. Them December 19 I sent them an email to find out about my tracking # and delivery date. I got an email that it's on the way and a tracking company from China. I emailed them again and they said that they were on the way. The backpacks finally arrived a month later i placed an order and they came from China where real company doesn't make their backpacks. And another surprise was that they weren't real. I have the real ones at home in a different size so it was easy to notice.
For sure I wasn't the only one and specially around Christmas' time. My question to you is why this company still up and running on the website and in social media. Hopefully you can stop this scammer !! Thank you for your help !!!

If I knew it that this order would take that long I wouldn’t order on your site. You should let customers know about the real time. It’s not right specially at this time of the year that kids expecting their gift on Christmas. When it’s the exactly day I will have my delivery ???
