An Ad pops up on my elderly moms computer claiming she had a virus. So she called the number that popped up which took her too kankicks Solutions. After talking with Kankix they claimed her computer was hacked and she had a virus. My mom said, "No she doesn't " the representative then claimed they were going to charge her for working on her computer, in which my mom said for what and No! According to my mother they tricked her by claiming, " they needed her, " Debit Card number , to return the money charge they charge to her" My mom is Mental disabled so this is something she would fall for. So at first they took $99, they returned it then charged $199 soon after without permission, my mother called and they said they were going to return this money, they still have not they then charged another $99 I called them they gave me a ticket number to return the money I have them recorded as well they still have yet to return that money. I just found out they hadn't returned $199 I called about the $99 spoke to Mike Scott and he gave me a ticket number
