According to Kansas Admin. Code 16C-16.003, if full payment is not received by March 11, 2026, you will be subject to the following penalties:

1 Entry of the violation into the State DMV\'s official database.

2 Revocation of your vehicle registration, starting March 12.

3 A 30-day suspension of your driver\'s license.

4 Assessment of a 35% service fee on the outstanding balance.
