Our nonprofit purchased a pullerbear tool for $80 to add to our power tool library. The product never arrived, and we have received no responses after 5 inquiries, and multiple phone calls going to a discontinued number.

Looking up the address, it appears to be a drop-shipping racket working out of an apartment, selling Canadian products (I found the original seller's site).
