We bought a tour for April 9-24, 2017 African safari. After we paid and bought trip insurance (over $31,000 total) the Van Herks canceled our trip in March, 2017 and have not returned our money. We paid AIG Travelguard $2369 for travel insurance. Travelguard would not pay because the Van Herks canceled the trip, Do not know if Travelguard was in on the scam. Van Herks insisted we buy the insurance.

Web site is beautiful and the contract seemed valid. Beware
