Received a letter along with a check which indicated that I had won through my telephone number, a Home Mega Sweepstakes Raffle. The enclosed check represented an advanced payment to assist with the applicable tax and insurance handling fee to process the claim for the winning total amount of $250,000. All I had to do was contact the claims officer with the attached PIN and his name and telephone was given.

The letter along with the enclosed check had The Home Depot logo on it and a Canada postmark.
