Called stating I owed a debt from 2008 that I never recalled having business with. Called the debtor on my own and they searched by my social and had no history of me having an account with them. The call from the "collection" agency was looking to verify my social, past addresses, current addresses, and phone numbers. Account number did not match the account number format by the company I supposedly owed either.
