I hope am not getting back to you late. I really appreciate your interest in my house. My house address is "4517 NE 38th Ave,Portland, OR 97211" and it's currently available for move in. You can swing by at your own convenient time to know if you are okay with the neighborhood. I got other interested family willing to rent my house but, my house would be rented out to the best tenant according to my choice on "lease to own option/monthly rental" I am currently working as a counselor for United States Aid for International Development (US-AID) and with this, i won't be available to show you the house due to my schedule. I decided to rent out my house to the best tenant due to work transfer to Carbondale, IL and i need someone in the house ASAP. Once again, with the address above you can swing by to know if you are okay with neighborhood and to know if it suits your living.
My house is a 3 beds 2 baths 2,160 sqft house which the monthly rent is $850 (Including all utilities). A refundable security deposit of $850 is required and total amount needed for move-in is $1,700. I once had a Realtor managing the house but, they are not been sincere. They inflated the rental price and i had to cancel the deal and took over myself. Am telling you this should in case you see my house on another website or you see any sign on the house. That's old advert! I need to inform you as well that money is not the main reason am renting it out but, i want someone who is responsible and clean freak! It's good to hear from you again and i really appreciate your interest in my house. Like i said in my previous email, i won't be available to show you the house and i currently have no one locally that can show you the house. So, firstly, I want you to stop by the house and get back to me on here for rental application make sure you download it out and print it and scan it and send it back to me.and that's if you are still interested in renting my house. When you get to the house, i want you to take a look from the outside and peep through the window to see the inside and let me know if the neighborhood is okay for you and your family. I believe you would love the location of the house. Looking forward to hear from you.
