I ordered something online at Target and cancelled the order as I ordered something wrong, my gift card wasn't fully refunded I went to a site to check balance and closed it out before results, called Target, saw my $100 balance and shortly afterwards it was gone, transferred to another card per Target. That is the site I briefly was on. There is no phone number on their site. I wonder how many people they have done that too. It says buy and sell gift cards. That is wrong and its stealing! They stole $100 from me.
