I was told I could lower my interest rate to 2% for the next 3 years and there after I after I would hvae a 3 percent interest rate. I dealt with 3 different people. they seemed so ligit . I would keep my current mortgage company . I faxed over several pages just like a refinance all my personal information and gave them everything I had 2,500 because I would be paying less each month. Now I have nothing left. They took my money and I have nothing to show for it...
