I was purchasing 4 tickets/dinner reservations for my son’s birthday dinner. I saw the ads online where I paid for the tickets. It was a popup diner in Cleveland Ohio. As it got closer to the date to go, I went online to get the address and print my tickets. That’s when I realized it wasn’t real. I even got emails from someone when I questioned the situation. After I question the situation, I didn’t receive any more. I tried to follow up with my bank and filed a dispute. I hadnt heard anything so I got online and requested info. I was then told that the money was put back into my account and immediately taken out. Which I was NEVER notified about. When I questioned that, I was told that I needed to take it up with the restaurant itself. Well I can’t because I have no info to do so. So now I don’t know what to do
