I was searching online for a Golden Retrievers puppy. I came across a link to this website, karimGoldenRetrievers.com from a puppy finder search engine. I contacted the company and inquired about a female puppy. They informed me that they had some girls available and they sent pictures. I asked some follow up questions about the puppy. I even asked if the company was legitimate and they responded that because of their religious beliefs that they don’t cheat. They sent me pictures of the puppies parents as well. They asked for payment through Zelle, once the money was received arrangements were made for the puppy to be shipped. This company promised free shipping - it was a special they were having. Everything seemed legitimate until it came to shipping the puppy. The day we were supposed to get the puppy we received an email from the shipping company- Federal Sipping and Logistics - stating that the shipping crate was inadequate for the puppy to be shipped safely and that we would need to rent a crate from them - the prices for crates started at $850. I then contacted Karim Golden Retrievers and they said that they could split the cost with us. At this point we decided to cancel the order and requested our money back. We were told that our money would be refunded. At this time we have not received our refund and all attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered.
