Saw ads on Instagram about an online clothing store, purchased a sweater for US$43 plus shipping on their website, product came and looked kind of different, not what I expected, so no big deal, decided to return and get refund. Contacted customer services to request return address, back and forth for 3 times and received an email saying that it's too expensive to ship it back, not sure what they meant or where they're located at this point, and the customer services said I can keep it or give it to someone else, and they will give me back US$4 for compensation. Refused to provide return address and of course no refund.
