I bought a $100 hair dryer from their site and they never delivered it. Just gave me a bogus tracking number that never showed shipment. When I asked him to cancel my order and refund my money they said they couldn't because it was still shipping from China... Have been waiting 5 weeks now with no resolution.

I purchased a flat iron online for $130 and it’s been about a month. I’ve tried to get in touch with them and they don’t give me direct answers. They give me a tracking number that is false.
