Ordered a trombone off the website and never received it. Also never received a confirmation email, and the confirmation number provided is bogus. There are no customer service agents to speak with, and when I tries to contact the company at the email provided, it was returned as an invalid email address.

Scammer had a listing for a musical instrument that I wanted to get for my daughter. I submitted payment, and received a order confirmation screen. The money was deducted right away, but I never received a confirmation email or any shipping confirmation. That was almost a month ago, and I never received my order most importantly. Buyer beware!
