Paid 39.99 for 3 dryer mashers, 55.99 for 3 laundry mashers using my ******** credit card on 3 December 2022. On 9 January 2023, they still had not arrived and I never got any tracking number, so I sent email asking for ETA of the products to [email protected].
Got no response. Finally, products arrived the week of January 16th. I attempted to use the dryer mashers, but was unable to open the compartment to place fragrance beads in all cases. I got suspicious, as I went to the website regarding returns, and it indicated they have a 30 day return policy. However, realizing the complete lack of communication, I may end up using up my 30 days to get in touch with any customer support, if they ever answer the phone. On Facebook page, I found many unhappy customers in similar situations.
Now I am sure that even if I return the products in the original packaging(luckily I saved it, with their shipping address on it( ESHIPPER USA, 975 Florida Central Parkway, Suite 1300, Longwood, FL 32750), I will likely not hear anything. I may send it back to their address in New Jersey instead.
