Company was supposed to deliver a package of items I order online on Nov 29th, 2023. Package has stated its been delivered for 15 days as of today. Contacted USPS and the package was never given to them and they could not locate it. Contacted the company via email (which is their only method of contact) to which they argued about providing me a refund and sent me someone else's shipping information, order information, and email address. Then sent me my correct information on the next email. They are refusing to provide a refund even with USPS launching an investigation and advising me to contact the company for the package or refund. I advised them I would be contacting the ScamPulse.com and told I reported the transaction to my bank as fraud.
