I had placed an order online for a Kate Spade purse from the online outlet website https://www.katespadeoutletscanada.ca (which is the link that originally comes up) but I noticed yesterday that it re-directs to http://www.katespadeoutlet-canada.com/ It appeared to be a legitimate website. I placed the order on November 19th (Order # 44b638-888) and the website stated that it would withdraw the money when the items ships. The funds were withdrawn from my account on November 20th ($123.61). It appears as Feliciano 86.71_V in my transaction history. I repeatedly checked my account status on the website and it kept saying that it was still processing. I then tried to contact them to inquire on the order and realized the only method of contact is email through the "contact us" section on their website. I sent them an email and received no response. I then tried to email them again and still no response. I requested a cancellation of my order and a refund and mentioned that I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau if I did not receive a reply from them and expressed my concern that this was a fraudulent website. I also contacted my bank to inquire on a cancellation of the transaction and awaiting a response but feel this is unlikely. I then went to check my account status today on their website to see if the order was still "processing" and the website is no longer valid. I just feel that this is very suspicious as I have not received any replies (also sent another email today) and now the website is no longer in service. I would like others to be aware as to prevent another person being victimized.
