The website claiming to be Kate Spade came up on my facebook advertisements. I clicked on the ad due to a "sale" they were running on Kate Spade tote bags. The website was portrayed as an official Kate Spade site. However after making a purchase I could tell something was suspicious. It took a long time to receive the package and when I reached out a person named Tiffany Torres replied from an email of [email protected] The bags arrived and they clearly are not genuine Kate Spade purses even though they are claimed to be. When I emailed back to explain my unhappiness and requesting to return with a refund Tiffany replied back asking for pictures of the items. I sent pictures and she replied ack stating what I received "looks nice" and I can get a discount on future orders.
