I got scammed

I ordered "Clark's" shoes on March 16. Received a tracking number (which to this day May 10th does not work). I've contacted them on March 24, 29, April 6, 11. I get the typical answer we are working with logistic company, sorry you are having a bad shopping experience, etc. Again on Apirl 4, 21 and 26th. No response from them. On May 4th, I contacted them for a complete refund on items I haven't received and a tracking number that isn't working. I have not received a response as of May 10th. I'm glad I'm out only $40, and won't fall for something like this again.
DON"T buy from Katharine Cute.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in early April and received one pair of a different model. After sending an email to customer service shortly after receipt, I have received neither contact nor answers. I would like to return these shoes which I didn't order and would like a return on my credit card for the charge made for two shoes not received. Don't know how else to contact them other than to email which they don't reply.
Lousy customer service and possibly a scam.

Advertisement to buy women’s Clark’s orthopedic sandals on Facebook is a scam. Ordered 2 pair and they charged my credit card immediately. It has been 3 weeks and no shoes and no reply from their customer service. The tracking number in an email is invalid.
