placed order thru an ad placed on pinterest for some garden beds (4) they have a legit site and everything. at the bottom of the item it says it was coming from california, turns out it was coming from china. they used a special you cant pass up to lure you in. so i waited a few days and contacted them for a tracking number, and they asked me to wait a few more days. then they emailed me saying there was a delay and asked me if i still wanted the order or get a refund. i asked for a refund. they only responded with your package is on its way, and then sometime after that i got an email with a tracking number but i have requested a refund that they kept avoiding. so today 3-28-2023 i receive a package from them and it's far from the 1,000 lbs i ordered. it ended up being a mini backpack no bigger than a shoe. so far i reported them to pinterest where they have a board that links out to there site, i reported them to shopify again and i reported them to ftc and now you. this company needs to be shut down and the many more that they own. https://www.pinterest.com/KathiesStore/

none of the social media links work on there site, just checked.

Placed an order for a product. When i received my confirmation email, billing said method of payment was ASIABILL. This was a red flag, so I contacted their customer support. They emailed me back and said to not worry about it.

Website says they ship two days after payment. When that time passed, I contacted their support again. They again said don't worry about it, it's preparing for shipment.

I have tried contacting their customer support to cancel my order and refund my payment, but they have not responded.

I can not find a phone number for them and after googling their company, I found out that the consensus is that are scamming people.

Supposedly selling healing nest beds. Received dollar store bracelet. Customer service via email tries to get you to keep the bracelet so as not to hassle you and they will refund you 30%. Attempted to leave one star review on website just to find the review gets taken down immediately. After 16 emails, multiple attempts to get money back, no money received and scammers stop returning emails and site is now broken.

I thought i was getting a nesting bed for my child. I have contacted them several time via email according to there website. I have had no response from them at all. Im trying to locate my order via the shipping notification but that just comes up as a blank white page & then it freezes. The order never came & they just took my money. Facebook advertisers them as a litgit site. But its not. Its a complete scam. Im so stupid.
