Uses platforms like Offer Up to sell Items, gets paid and Items are never received. First tells you she’s a safe person, can meet her at her house. When you decide for Shipping and pay, you never hear from her again as soon as you ask for the merchandise or tracking number. You can see she’s still selling (even though company was informed) but still won’t answer any of your messages.
