She almost got me. The story was pretty much like everyone else's. I found this page and that's what saved me. The "deal"
was "too good to be true.". I don't like it when people use their alleged faith as a reference. Anytime someone used their "faith" in a sales situation my radar goes off.

The same situations that I read from these posts happened to me. I received the identical description about the breeder and the information about Willow. I was only able to communicate through email & text. I called the number provided (714) 485-3519 & received a strange message about my call being screened & to only leave my name. I emailed “Kathy” asking is she had lived in Orange County because her area code is 714-Orange County CA prefix. She never responded. I was directed that they would only accept a cash app payment (Zelle) and to send $700
To Ola Kust at [email protected]. When I typed this information into Zelle, the registered name Olan Rewaji came up.
Next the shipping nightmare started on the day I was to receive Willow. An urgent message from [email protected] Was sent to me stating that the breeder did not provide the legally allowed crate for shipping Willow. I needed to sent $1500 through Zelle only to
[email protected]. The Expresshippingprime.com site had a live chat option. When I sent my message a note popped up “ live chat offline”. Then I called their phone number listed (267) 433-2795 which my phone identified as Flourtown PA. It went directly to voicemail without saying anything about a business; Express Shipping Prime.
I emailed Express Shipping Prime about my concerns & they emailed me back and threatened me saying that they had 23 dogs ready to ship, all of the other people had paid for the special shipping crates except me and they would have to leave Willow off the flight and report me to the Federal Authorities for Animal Abuse and Abandonment.

Please don’t do business with either one of these companies and report them to your local police and the FBI.

Put these people in jail! Fake account numbers, fake phone number from Irvine Ca. The email address is registered to a Benjamin O’ Eagle in Dubuque IA. Kathy Brook has many aliases across the county! The shipping company is a hoax, all the police! No Zelle money! Be aware!

My husband and I were looking to getting a family pet and came across KathyBeagals.com. We made an inquiry to get more info on their beagal pups "Jake" and "Otis".

We received an email from [email protected]. And it seem like she copy and paste the following information:

(We're giving a 50% discount because we're expecting our new litters on the 28th of next month so we want to sell these once in order to reduce the workload since we both have other jobs. Jake has great temperament and lovely personalities with impressive pedigree.

Jake is affectionate, intelligent, loyal, calm and gentle. He is a good family pup as he loves children and never gets aggressive. He loves to be around his family and thrive on attention. He barks only when necessary. Jake is 12 weeks old and expected to weigh about 31 - 35 LBS at maturity, up to date on shots from a licensed Veterinarian. Parents are on site, He is AKC Registered, Hips, Eyes, and Heart certified.

The simple fact that she copied and paste info was a red flag factor. So we decided do more info. and came across this post and decided not to purchase from her. I emailed her a copy of the link and she did not bother to reply.

My kids are always exited when they see him, I found it very difficult getting a puppy online been scammed twice but finally I met the right person thanks

We found this page and we thought it was too good to be true and it was. They scammed us of $4,000+. They used the idea of a Christian loving family saying we’ll get our babies soon and that we should lay the shipment and then when we got to the city permit we realized too late and it was a SCAM. They kept trying to say their daughter and son are on the hospital so they can’t pick up and with the virus we were understanding but NO if you see this LEAVE AND REPORT we got the police and they couldn’t do anything.

Definitely a scam. Do not buy from Kathy Beagles. Almost bought their dog “Otis” back in August until they wouldn’t call us and only conversed through email and then became pushy about me paying them. Not to mention their grammar and spelling was horrible. A month later I then found the same exact picture of “Otis” on a beagle fan page via Instagram. Sickening.

Just realized we got scammed from kathybeagles.com. Nothing out of the ordinary until the "shipping company" entered the scene. Lost $2650 but could have been over $7,000. The seller would never be able to "talk" on the phone-only text or emails. Found out number was a google number--can't trace. Same things as the other complaints--$$$$ demands for new crate, pet insurance, and registration before crossing state lines. The hard part was that the "seller" did things to earn my trust, which is why we got scammed out of the additional $2,000 with shipping-related items. Feel so stupid.

Was very interested in their puppies but I was very leery giving her deposit for a puppy because they couldn’t give me the physical location of where they were at. I also said I could drive there to see the puppies but they said no it would be better to ship them. And per the other two complaints it sounds like this pet breeder might be a scam.

You are extremely fortunate because we followed through and paid $500. Nothing really seemed off until setting up the shipment. They wanted $1500, supposedly refundable for the shipping crate rental. After I questioned it the "breeder" started making mistakes like crazy including typing the original name wrong - Brook Kathy instead of Kathy Brook, mentioned the wrong dog's name as being in good hands, etc. It is just horrible.

Physical address or phone number not on website, never provided in email. Name not signed in emails. Inconsistencies in the deposit required to hold a puppy. Payment accepted via Cash App. Pure bred puppies are $650 (not unreasonable) but shipping anywhere in the US and Canada is free if you can't pick them up. Scammer stated they are in Arkansas but the puppy will ship from Fort Smith Oklahoma...but Fort Smith is in Arkansas and so is its airport. One of the puppies listed on the website as currently available has a professional head shot photograph - AND that same image is the background image on the website's home page. Scammer appears to reply with copy and paste responses that ignore some of our questions. After seeing too many red flags, including the speed of the process, and being told that all puppies on the website are available for adoption, we decided not to pursue and saved ourselves $650.
