Mr. Williams had a $3000 check sent to me overnight via FedEx. The FedEx was sent by a person named John Woelfel from Mankato Minnesota who works at Kato engineering. The cashiers check they sent to me was deposited to my bank account via my mobile banking application. Because of the amount of the check, the bank was going to hold it until February 15. Two days later, I was notified that I’m being investigated for fraud that the check was not valid as it was drawn on an invalid account number. And so now my bank is closing all of my accounts I have no access to the money that was in my accounts And I should not be investigated for fraud since I did nothing wrong, but deposit the check. After doing some research I discovered this is a common job application Scam. And the check was supposed to be used to purchase office equipment. My assumption is they were going to request the remainder of the check be transferred back to them electronically. When I contacted Alfred Williams and Stella About this invalid check they said they were going to look into it with their accounting department. Alfred Williams said that the company would make it up to me. Then he offered to send the money via direct deposit. I absolutely would not accept that because I don’t want to disqualify myself from ever opening up another bank account. I cannot believe I fell for the Scam and I want to make sure that your site has it flagged as a scam.
