My experience
Initially we were bummed to hear there was a 3 month “processing time” but we decided to just get a new onesie to use for the reveal and wait it out because we loved all of the accessories that came alongside the onesie she had advertised.
3 months came and went.. and nothing? I emailed Kat and she responded letting me know this item would go out that weeks Friday. Friday comes and goes. And nothing.. I email again the following week and she sends back a tracking number.
I continually checked this tracking number for a week before I decided that I should contact her again as it never moved. Only showed that the “label was created” which is a nice way of saying “your item hasn’t been dropped off to any ups.”
So I once again email kat. She stated the product was finished and somehow she marked me off as shipped but forgot to drop it off. Giving her the benefit of the doubt she states she will get the package that’s apparently “already done and ready to ship” shipped out asap. Let me go ahead and say. Im not usually this patient, but I was wildly sick pregnant, so time was passing and I was just sleeping. Life was a blur during these months.
A few weeks pass before I reach out again, but at this point I had starting getting worried this was a scam and had found the Facebook page dedicated to spreading the word that she is a fraud.
I reached out her again, and she sent me a NEW tracking number that once again.. never moved. So I decided, let’s message her on Facebook, rather than email, to reach out this time since she honestly had terrible response time on email.
Upon reaching out on Facebook I let her know how wary I am and that I’m growing impatient and I would prefer a refund. Im immediately blocked.
Soooooo. Cue me going into defense mode. I email her demanding a refund and letting her know “lawyers will be involved” YALL I DONT EVEN HAVE A LAWYER. but this seemed to flip a switch in her because I got my email for my refund THE NEXT DAY along with a hateful email from her telling me to enjoy my “free products…” you know.. the ones she never shipped. 🤣🤣

When I ordered there was nothing stating a 3 month processing time for her orders on her Facebook posts nor her website, I only found out about the wait time after I had ordered and saw someone else inquire about it on a Facebook post.
When 3 months had passed I reached out to confirm that my order was going to be shipped soon and it was then that I was told Kat had been sick twice and was running behind and that it would be shipped out mid-March.
Mid-March came and went and I received no tracking information and for the next few months I was told multiple times my blanket would be shipped out only to reach out to the seller to receive tracking and then being told it still hadn't shipped. I was given multiple excuses for why my blanket had not shipped (she was sick, her husband was sick, she had a miscarriage...so on and so forth) and other times my blanket would be stuck in "pre-shipment" for weeks. Once it actually was "delivered" to the wrong province!
Never once did the seller reach out to me to indicate a delay and I always had to contact her first (sometimes I had to send multiple messages just to get a response).
After 8 months of lies and no product I asked for a refund which I was told I would receive in 5-10 business days. 10 business days later I had no refund and I again reached out to the seller who became angry with me and basically blamed me for everything. She ended up refusing to issue a refund because she was convinced I had already gone through my bank (despite me telling her I hadn't done so and even providing screenshots of my phone call records).
She blocked me from her page which also blocked me from communicating with her. I then had to go to my bank to get a refund which I was lucky enough to receive after 8 months because normally banks only give you so many days before you can no longer dispute a charge.
I have been in contact with multiple other people who have also had the same issues as myself and some of them were unable to get a refund from their bank or the shop owner. She continues to run sales to gain more sales while not providing products to people who have already paid her. Unbelievable that she is still allowed to operate a business.
