I wrote several e mails to the company and they respond always that because nothing was wrong with the product you are not able to receive a refund. The product does not fit as they promised it would and the items were sent from New York address but they want you to pay to return to Vietnam they are not providing the product shown as on website. And try looking for a sizing chart zip none

I ordered the largest size bra in my size DDD. Upon receiving the product it was very small like a kid's size. I notified the company by email ans someone from the support team reached out to me as if they wanted to help. I was asked to yake a picture of the product i received and the front of the packet with the tracking number. I did everything I was asked and then a few days later I received an email stating that i wouldn't be getting a refund because the product was delivered. The company gave me an optiom to get a 20% refund which was only 2.99. I have a product that I can't use because its literally a training bra. The advertisement showed bras mych larger than received. Im very disappointed and believe that ive been scammed.

I ordered two items January 27 today is February 13. I still have not received my package when I track my order. The only information it gives me is order is complete. I've tried to email twice with no response. I've tried calling and it says the number does not accept calls at this time, so I'm pretty much guessing I got scammed
