I had been looking for clothes for plus size women. I saw kaulous online on Facebook. They offered clothes in my size at a really reasonable price. I ordered several dresses and a short set. This was back on April 27. 2023. It is now June 21, 2023. The company offered no phone numbers for contact. The only way I have been able to make contact has been through email. I have several email back and forth between us. When I did not receive my order by the end of May, I contacted them asking for a refund. They were very apologetic and offered to re-ship my items. I agreed. It is now June 21, 2023 and I still have not received my items. They use a tracking website named track654.com, then track678.com. According to their website, my items were delivered. When I questioned them as to where and when the items were delivered, they responded by saying that the items were delivered to the address on my debit card, not the address on the order request. Now that I am requesting a refund, they tell me that they can only refund 60% of my cost because they have losses. When I wrote that I was going to contact ScamPulse.com and blast them on Facebook the refund amount went up to 90%. I have not received 10% of my order and refuse to accept anything less than 100%. When asked for names and phone numbers, they did not send any.
