The site says it was Kay’s jewelry which I ordered from many times. When I realized it wasn’t the correct place I contacted the place to get an email the next day stating they didn’t hear from me in time so I must keep whatever was ordered. Then I contacted PayPal to report and again their investigation claims it’s a legit company as they can tell because you still receive a product. I didn’t get anything I ordered and was told they are in college and my order is out of stock and because of covid I must get what they send and if not happy sell it and take 10% on next order. I expressed I did not order that I’m not happy I want my money back they can have the piece I didn’t order in the first place and the company is very argumentative stating if I’m so determined to mail back that was sent from California I can mail back to China on my funds they will only give 20% refund back because I’m ungrateful and careless about their bills and covid. Now I’m stuck with an item I did not order not happy with and please don’t order from them.
