On June 25, 2023 I ordered a Kayak from an advertisement on Facebook, but after investigating the company online I decided this is a risky company and requested a refund. I have not received the refund, and have been in correspondence with them by email and received what appears to be autogenerated email responses from them. I told them I am reporting them as a scam business. I paid $149.95 for a Kayak by credit card. I contacted them by email [email protected] they do not have a phone number or physical address. I requested to cancel the order and a refund on June 25, 2023. I received the following email from them.
"Hi Jim,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We have received your request to cancel your order, and we understand that circumstances may have changed since you placed it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are here to assist you with the cancellation process.
To proceed with canceling your order, we kindly request the following information from you:
Order Number:
Product/Item Name:
Once we receive the required details, we will initiate the cancellation process and update you on the status of your request. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request and explore alternative options if necessary.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter"
I provided the requested information and have been in email correspondence with and still have not received my requested refund.
