Type of a scam Online Purchase
Once purchased, the price listed in the account created was not what was charged to my card. Discrepancy of about $15.00 more. I contacted the “customer service” tab and was responded to within 12 hrs and told they would correct it.
The item shipped and I received a notification as such. Over the next 5 weeks I sent inquiries through the “customer service “ tab as that was the only method of contact. When I asked for a tracking number, I was told that they were only the ones with the great deal and I should check the FAQ page. The FAQ page did not have any information on it.
Eventually, the item was marked as “at my front door”. That never happened. I asked again for an actual delivery service and was given the same canned response as follows;
“Thank you for contacting us. It’s my pleasure to contact with you. We are supplier of the products so we have huge discount for you. Any other question please visit our FAQ page. Have a nice day.”
