on september 27th i purchased 3 items from kaybanxofficial and was expected to have them delivered to me in a timely manner. I contacted her october 10th about my order and asked if we use shop pay with installments would it take longer because i still haven’t received my order. she said that processing is 3-14 days and she doesn’t have the net to make my order and she’s waiting for it to come in and she apologized for the delay. i was very understanding and expressed that to her. i then proceeded to wait weeks after the fact for my order because she posted on her instagram on her october 20th “if your package hasn’t been shipped it will be before halloween” which i was expecting to be the case for me but unfortunately it was all a lie. october 26th i contacted her about my order seeing as it has been almost a month now. she said that she would send me tracking information and everything was settled. she never sent me the information and she never texted me back when i told her to let me know. i waited the whole day and no response from her at all. i checked her social medias and she was posting consistently and it was at that point i knew she was scamming me and ignoring me purposely. i filed a request with shop pay and the complaint went straight to her and she has still not contacted me. she has since then been posting on her instagram and she still chooses to ignore me. i want my money back.
