I saw an advertisement on Snapchat for a cosmetics company called Kaycee Beauty. I've seen this ad many times before, but was reluctant to purchase. After seeing the ad several times, I decided it was worth a try. Kaycee Beauty advertised a variety of makeup brush sets starting at just $10 each. They also offer free shipping for orders of $30 or more. I purchased three makeup brush sets from www.kayceebeauty.com for $10 each on April 30, 2020. A total value of $30. Kaycee Beauty's website, and the confirmation email states that shipping may take 7-14 days. I immediately recieved my confirmation email after my card being charged, along with a tracking number. Considering the Coronavirus pandemic, I expected somewhat of a delay upon delivery. After patiently waiting for 3 weeks and 5 days, I sent them an email inquiring information about the whereabouts of my purchase. As of May 28, 2020 it has now been 4 weeks since my purchase on April 30, 2020. I have yet to recieve any kind of response, communication, feedback, or refund from Kaycee Beauty for my purchase. However, I have discovered I'm not the only one who has been scammed by this fraudulent online retailer.

I purchase the infamous $10 Kaycee beauty brushes. I received confirmation but no product. I ordered 3 sets so shipping is free. I was supposed to receive my brushes this week and nothing. I have sent emails to customer support. I can not get anyone on the phone.NOTHING. The website has several reviews online so I felt it was reputable company. I cam across Yiu Tube with nothing but complaints about this being a scam company. Be aware and dont order from this company. Contact your banks ASAP. SCAM ALERT!

So this “company” Kaycee beauty is said to be selling their brushes on sale to launch their “new collection”. And the sale last for 2 hours when you first get on the site. It’s been on sale for two hours ever day every time you get on the site. Weird. Sadly I didn’t notice until after I purchased. They sell the sets for 10 dollars each and I bought 4 so I spent a grand total of $40. I emailed them to know how long it would take to ship. And they answered saying it would take 4-17 says to DELIVER. Well that was on April 27th and I ordered them on April 14th so it’s been well over 17 days and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. I even told my friends about it and they purchased from them as well. I looked them up on Instagram and nothing. Despite the fact they said their brushes were going “viral” on the internet. All I found was a post from a woman saying she thinks it’s a scam and there are plenty other comments under the post saying their experience as well and how they haven’t received ANYTHING. Point is, they’re obviously a scam and they keep scamming people.
