I filled out an application for 3601 red bud Shreveport la was given confirmation and application number. Then I didn't hear anything . I called daily requesting update. Was told yesterday they never received my application I sent screen shot of info and requested money back . They said they never processed my application that someone else was Infront of me. I submitted it October 1,2024 . I didn't receive service or refund. I feel I have been scammed.
