I order a 16 inch wig with a bang. I received the wrong wig. It was very short and cheap with a midle part. I emailed them to inform them of the mistake. Initially they said they will only give me 15% money back and I have to pay for shipping back to China. It's not fair that I lose money because of their error. I said that I want a full refund and they blocked me. I have no way to contact them.
