This company advertises beautiful bedding on social media and what arrives is thin, too small, often blown up/copied designs from other companies. When corresponding with them to return the product for full refund, buyer is instructed by email to ship it back to China for full refund after it is received, only the shipping to China ends up being almost as much as what the item cost. Lots of runaround when trying to get it returned, still working on it. Item was actually shipped from New Jersey, but they won't allow me to send it back there. In one email, I was told their company headquarters is in Texas and that it might get lost if I shipped it there. I have requested a prepaid shipping label to China, but continue to get the runaround. I've dealt with my Visa on this, and KayleeandTepid continue to provide just enough of a response to get my claim rejected, while I've provided dozens of pages of proof that this company is a scam. Lesson learned: check reviews before ordering the pretty item from an Instagram ad. This company also uses other names.
