I placed an order through a Facebook ad on Nov. 4th & paid with my bank debit card. After a couple of emails asking for a tracking number, I was finally given a number. When I checked tracking on Thurs, Dec 7th it showed it was delivered to an address in Mansfield Ohio. This is NOT my address. I live in Indiana. I immediately emailed again demanding a full & immediate refund as even if they reship, I will not receive by Christmas. I have not received a response. I have screenshots & the emails confirming this, but the upload button is not working for me to attach.
