Received letter in postal mail stating: Action Needed: Call us immediately Regarding Dormant or Abandoned Account. I called the number, 888-669-0842. They asked SS number and wifes birthdate. Gave info, but later looked up company on Google and discovered could be scam. Called USAA, they did not send letter.
