I came across a store on tiktok. I bought four pairs of shoes with this company on the 27th of May. The last time I heard from was on the next day saying my order was shipped. I sent several emails to them during the beginning of this month and I haven't had any response from them. I can't look them up online unless I go directly through the email they sent me after confirmation of my order. Recently they changed their name from keatos to scopepop. They also changed the merchandize and the prices of their items are now higher. When I bought from them was orthopedic sandals and everything was 9.99 but now they have different items with higher prices. Ultimately, I never received my items and I’m out the money I spent on them.
