The name alone, keenawalk, is deceiving. Using "keen" in their name leads you to believe they are affiliated with Keen brand shoes. Their return and refund policies are constantly changing. When I made my purchase, they indicated they were in the US, and the USPS tracking number also indicated the shoes were being shipped from the US. When it came time to exchange the shoes, I learned they are located in China, and if I wanted to make an exchange, I would need to return the shoes to China, which costs about $30. The addresses they have provided on their website are invalid. The quality of merchandise is horrible. The shoes look and feel like they're made of paper, yet they ask for an exorbitant price, which they portray is a discounted rate. They use PayPal, which is also deceiving.
